Integration of AI in MAM
Through the integration of Mimir and DeepVA, it will be even easier and more convenient for users to enrich metadata for their media assets. In Mimir, it is already possible to use Speech-To-Text through artificial intelligence, to automatically recognize people in images and videos and to set object labels. DeepVA expands this portfolio immensely: Landmark Recognition enables the search for places and buildings, Face Attributes even allow emotions, age, and gender to be displayed as metadata in Mimir. And this is only a selection of possibilities that considerably simplify editors’ everyday work, especially in connection with archives. The integration also enables a variety of analyses to be carried out in order to keep statistics on the items used in Mimir.

Mimir is a media collaboration and production tool for professionals that runs in the cloud.
