1. Organizer and company responsible for data processing

The organizer of the competition “Lego PAC-MAN and EVERYONE IS AWESOME” is The Chainless GmbH with its product name DeepVA (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).

2. Eligibility and determination of winners

Participation in the competition is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.

Eligible to participate in the competition “Lego PAC-MAN and EVERYONE IS AWESOME” are all persons aged at least 18 years. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods. Employees of the organizer and their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. 3. Participation

Participation in the competition is free of charge. Participation is possible from 5.07.2023 until the closing date on 18.08.2023 at 12 noon during the International Broadcasting Convention. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw. Late entries due to technical problems for which The Chainless GmbH is not responsible are excluded.

Only one transmitted entry per prize will be entered into the competition per participant. It is prohibited to use multiple email addresses/contact details or multiple profiles to increase the chance of winning.

4. Winning, notification and transmission of the prize

The winners will be determined after the closing date by a random draw among all participants.

The prizes will be provided by The Chainless GmbH.

The winners of the raffle will be notified by the organizer by email within one week after the closing date. In the event of undeliverable notification, the organizer is not obligated to make further inquiries and may determine a new winner. If the winner does not respond within one week after notification of the prize, the organizer is also entitled to determine a new winner. There is no obligation to accept the prize.

The prize will only be handed over to the winner. An exchange, a collection by the winner, the assignment of the prize (including its individual components or a prize substitute), and a cash payment of the prize are not possible. Non-cash prizes will be sent to the winner’s home address by post, and the organizer will bear the shipping costs. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

5. Termination of the competition

The organizer expressly reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and to adjust these conditions of participation if, for technical or legal reasons, the proper implementation is no longer guaranteed.

6. Data protection

In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to provide personal data. The participant assures that the personal data provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname and e-mail address, are true and correct. In the case of non-cash prizes, further personal data, such as the address, will be requested from the winners after the end of the competition as part of the notification of the prize. The data will be used exclusively in connection with the execution of the contract, beyond that only with the consent of the participant(s).

7. Liability

The organizer is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission, in case of malfunctions of the technical equipment and the service, incorrect contents, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way during the participation in the lottery, unless such damages have been caused by the organizer (its bodies, employees or vicarious agents) intentionally or by gross negligence.
