Our Christmas campaign
Overcoming the current crisis requires commitment. As individuals, we are only able to influence things to a limited extent due to their complexity and multi-layered nature, but we can still make a positive impact on our environment by taking small steps.
As a company, we also contribute our share to CO2 emissions, especially when dealing with cloud computing and large network structures. All data – whether a video or image – that are stored in cloud data centers cause carbon emissions. Because of this, it’s crucial for us not only to minimize our footprint, but also to actively counteract its negative effects. On this page, we would like to introduce you to various activities in which you can participate!

Christmas Parcel Donation

For 30 years S’Einlädele from Freiburg, together with many supporters, has been bringing love and hope to Ukraine. Almost 5,000 Christmas packages are sent to needy families and children in Ukraine and Moldova every year. But the year 2022 is a year like no other. Due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the people are in greater need than they were before.
For this reason, the donation of Christmas packages this year is very important. They contain different useful products for everyday life that could help families, seniors, and children to make ends meet. Moreover, the ongoing war makes it even more likely that there would be no Christmas presents without our donations.
That’s why we have put together a package for each of our customers, project partners and employees, and will send them on their way together with many thousands of others. This will give the families in Ukraine a glimmer of hope, a ray of light on the horizon.

Rhine Clean-up
Every year, vast amounts of trash end up in the world’s oceans. Millions of tons of plastic pollute nature. A large proportion of this waste ends up in the oceans via rivers – like the Rhine. This must be prevented.
We want to clean up the Rhine together with our partners in the media industry. The aim is to create awareness that trash should not be carelessly thrown away or, better yet, avoided in the first place! Currently, we plan the action to take place later in spring 2023.
Local Reforestation and Clean-up
Our forests are our active assets in the fight against climate change. They bind millions of tons of CO2 and thus help to actively counteract global warming.
Together with regional foresters, we want to help strengthen the forests and make them healthier. We will therefore be launching a regional campaign on this in the summer 2023.
